LandMark White has a team of going concern valuers who undertake valuation and advisory services across most types of hotel and leisure property throughout Australia.  This includes property such as such internationally branded four and five star central business district and regional hotels, resorts, licensed premises (pubs), backpackers, motels, serviced apartments and marinas.  We typically undertake instructions on behalf of A-REITS, private individuals, wholesale funds, banks and financial institutions, for a range of purposes but often include trust reporting, prospectus, pre acquisition or disposal advice or mortgage purposes.
