John joined LandMark White in October 1997 following an extensive period of employment in the property finance field.
John worked with Property Financiers Alliance Acceptance from 1974 and became registered as a valuer in 1984, working as a staff valuer for Alliance.
He joined Beneficial Finance in 1985 as staff valuer and continued his work in the areas of established property and the valuation of development property.
In 1995 he joined Queensland Industry Development Corporation as the Senior Commercial Valuer.
John’s experience covers a wide range of valuation work including industrial and commercial property, residential and rural sub divisions and multi unit residential developments. |
