David joined Landmark White in April 2008, having moved from New Zealand where he owned his own valuation and building surveying company. David moved to New Zealand in 2003 from the UK and has a wide and extensive experience in valuation, property and real estate in both the private and public sectors.
Davids previous experience included asset management and valuing of public assets, inspecting and advising upon defective buildings, commercial and residential valuations, advising charities and is now specialising in the residential development and commercial, industrial and retail markets on the Sunshine Coast.
David is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors MRICS.
