Chris Smirnakos commenced property valuation in 1986 and has been in the private sector since 1989, having in excess of 20 years experience in the Victorian market. During this period Chris has been involved in the valuation of commercial, industrial and retail property in the Melbourne CBD and greater metropolitan area, from major CBD office buildings, major distribution facilities and bulky goods complexes, through to specialised service stations, fast food outlets and apartment/residential development projects.
Over the last 15 years Chris has held Director and Associate Director positions in major valuation practises. He is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute, holding a Certified Practising Valuer designation, and is on the Board of Examiners at the institute.
